refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you will have exactly 30 days from after receiving/picking up your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging) You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@beautywithshirley.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without notifying us will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items / gift cards. These are final sale.

ORDERS

Most orders are shipped/ready to be picked up within 24-48 hours of receiving during regular business days.

Shipping estimates that are displayed are estimated in transit days only and do not reflect processing times.

SHIPPING RATES

There is a flat fee of $15 to ship or Free local pick up option.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipping containing your tracking number(s).
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

Beauty with Shirley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applies to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)

DAMAGES:

Beauty with Shirley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damaged package immediately so we can start the claim process. We will always try our best to work with you on shipping issues & to ensure you get your product in perfect condition.

If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue right away.


RETURN PACKAGES (REJECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE)

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the other and also that the address is deliverable.

a $20 restocking fee + return shipping cost will be applied.

Returned packages will not be re-shipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges + fees have been paid.
