I recently took the beginners brow ombré course with Shirley. After a year of observing her on Instagram, I decided to train with her. I was very careful with my decision and did lots of research as I had a previous unpleasant experience with another PMU trainer for a lip blush course. I am so glad I decided to train brows with Shirley! I could tell a huge difference. First of all, I did not feel scammed. Shirley genuinely care about her students’ success. It is an investment but she is most importantly also present with you during and even after the course! I felt supported and guided by her. Her course was packed with knowledge and insights. Her kit is full and of actual value. I really appreciate genuine trainers like Shirley. It was hard to trust another trainer after having a bad experience but Shirley actually met my expectations from a trainer. Even after the course she still follow up even though she does not have to and I never felt like I have to hesitate reaching out to her with any questions. Shirley truly is there for you when you need it. After the course, unlike my past experience, I felt satisfied I actually learned a lot and I felt confident (although not 100%) but enough for me to feel motivated to continue. I did not feel lost or discouraged. If you’ve been exploring and considering taking a beginners brows course, I did not have any regrets with Shirley!

I just got certified recently by shirley and the experience was one of the best ones i've received. it was a 3 day course and it was super hands on and she was super patient with me. i came from a place with no knowledge on brows but she sat through everything with me and explained everything. never once did she ever question what i was asking and when i had done something wrong, she never once hesitated to correct me which is something i appreciate and like. i really enjoyed her as a teacher as we had our own side conversations as well aside from learning which brought a comforting connection to me. the last day of training, she had brought in a model herself to show me how she does it and then found me a client so i could work on a model. i really liked the idea of this as most training places just lets you work on a model which the model is usually someone you look for, yourself. with shirley, i did not have to stress about this as she was wonderful enough to help me find a client to be my model. when i had done the model, she had helped and jumped in when needed to which is something i liked as we still get to experience the feeling of working on a client ourselves as well. overall, this was just such a good course and i already miss the classes (it was literally just last week). she really helped me with learning more about brows within THREE DAYS and she was very encouraging. she always paid attention to me and i NEVER felt dismissed during the class. for once, i was excited to come to a class rather than dreading it all because of who she is and it really shows the passion she has for what she does.

She is the best trainer I know so far! After taking Ombré Brows classes with another "teacher" in October 2021 where I found myself even more ignorant and without any knowledge more than I already had, I decided to contact another trainer. I did my research and found Shirley. After observing her for 1 year, I decided to take the 3-day training she offers. Unlike the other trainer where I paid dearly for a 2 day training which she didn't stick to, Shirley's training is exactly 3 full days (Friday morning to Sunday evening), and I practiced on 2 models (people) and Shirley guided me through all the procedures. I learned a lot during my training with Shirley! His way of teaching is so different and better than the other who taught me the first time. Not only does Shirley have a good heart, but she is also kind, patient, respectful, empathetic and strict 😁. Not because you paid a lot of money to train that she's going to let you mess up and get away with it, no! 😅. However, Shirley let me make mistakes and then corrected me afterwards. Shirley applauds you when you do well and encourages you to do well! She guided me from the first to the last day, and she continues... 2 weeks after my training with her. She showed me EVERYTHING she knows and almost everything I will need to get started as a new PMU artist. I sincerely learned a lot from her and I came out of these 3 days of training confident and happy! Unlike the other where after my training with her, I put away my PMU materials for 1 year until I met Shirley. Above all, Shirley is incredibly honest; a quality rarely seen in humans these days. I gained knowledge, skills and confidence; very important elements in this area… 😊👌🏾💪🏾. Thank you for everything Shirley

I decided to learn to do ombré powder brows by one of the best. I am so happy that I decided to train with Shirley. She is very knowledgeable, patient and such an amazing teacher. One of the reasons why I decided on Shirley was because I personally love her work and she’s really made a name for herself in a very short period of time.

I couldn’t imagine learning the theory, practicing and doing a live model in less then 3 days. The course is very comprehensive and Shirley takes it seriously and I really appreciate her feedback and guidance. I recommend really taking the time to practice and focus your energy in the 3 days to do your very best and Shirley will help you achieve your full potential.

I was super nervous going into this new line of work but after the 3 days of learning I can say I feel confident in starting up. I also really love how you try to guide your students even once the 3 day training is over, such as sending educational posts or offerings shadowing! With the all the new courses available, I was scared I wouldn’t find a good instructor that meets my expectations.
